Nothing in these Terms limits ph09's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Applicable Law.
ph09 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph09 reasonably determines that:
On Account closure, ph09 will return any verified Real Money balance (net of any applicable deductions for bonus abuse or fraud investigations) to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML reviews.
